At our property management service, tenant quality is our top priority. Our rigorous background checks ensure outstanding tenancy backgrounds. While we can't promise a set rental timeframe, our typical turnaround is 2 weeks to 2 months.

At PROPMENTORS, we offer professional, transparent, and high-quality property management services across all service plans. Unlike local brokers, we act as owners' representatives, coordinating with various stakeholders such as brokers, vendors, builders, and local agencies on their behalf. Costs, including brokerage, renovation/repair work (e.g., plumbing, painting), water tax, and maintenance, are transparently shared with owners and paid by them.

Our ‘Managed’ plan provide the end to end property management services. The plan is ideal for NRIs and the owners stating in other cities of India. The agreement for Managed plan will be for one year.

At PROPMENTORS, our mission is to create a safe and trustworthy platform for property owners, particularly those who are not physically near their properties. Our service plans are designed to offer the transparency and security that out-of-town owners need. We collaborate with the existing ecosystem and may partner with reputable brokers.

While we do not encourage to entertain any request which does not come under the purview of our service plans, PROPMENTORS can connect you with out partner brokers. In that scenario, PROPMENTORS will not be responsible for any transaction between the owner and the broker
